Delete your Synapticz account
Deletion removes your profile, authentication access, linked learning history, saved items, recordings and private content. Unreferenced uploaded files are queued for removal. De-identified public catalogue contributions, transaction records and minimal audit records may be retained for service integrity, security or legal compliance.
Deleting your account does not issue refunds or cancel recurring payments. Manage those with your payment provider. See the Privacy Policy for complete retention details.
