π Overview & Study Guide
Use this mixed functions checkpoint after studying the core material on function notation, domains and ranges, piecewise rules, graphs, rates of change, transformations, composition and inverses. The questions deliberately mix these skills without grouping them by method. Each task supplies its own data, so you can work in any order without relying on an earlier answer.
The checkpoint includes symbolic calculations, a labelled coordinate graph, short tables, contextual interpretation and error analysis. Single-select and multiselect questions ask you to distinguish a valid computation from one that silently changes a domain or reverses the order of two processes. Fresh combinations of skills are used instead of repeating the preceding practice questions. Optional extension proofs and calculus are outside the scope.
Work independently on scratch paper before viewing choices, then use the detailed explanations to locate the first step where your reasoning differed. A missed item should guide targeted review of the relevant function skill, followed by a later attempt at a different problem. This is a learning checkpoint, not a certified mastery test or a pass/fail gate. Selected responses provide provisional evidence; written solutions and graph construction are useful additional checks. Reserve the separate delayed-retrieval set for a later study session.
