π Overview & Study Guide
Two-variable linear systems
Build fluency with two-variable linear systems through algebra, coordinate intersections and careful solution checks. Each question asks about a pair of simultaneous constraints, so satisfying only one equation is insufficient.
Practise substitution, elimination with scaled equations, fractional solutions, vertical-line intersections, inconsistent and dependent systems, and a simple parameter split. Diagram interpretation and error analysis connect exact algebra to the geometry of two lines without introducing matrices or three-variable methods.
Prerequisites include linear equations and equations of lines. Single-select and multiselect tasks combine conceptual understanding, calculation and interpretation. For multiselect questions, evaluate every statement independently and select the complete supported subset.
The authored bank moves from introductory reasoning to applications and error analysis. Questions remain self-contained because delivery order can vary. Work on paper first, use each explanation to check the method as well as the result, and revisit a prerequisite when the same error recurs. This foundation practice supports later precalculus work without claiming mastery from a score alone.
