π Overview & Study Guide
Return to these functions questions after a gap of several study sessions, ideally after working on another topic. This delayed-retrieval set reconnects function notation, graphs, domain and range, rates, transformations, composition and inverses with earlier algebra. Its problems use fresh combinations of conditions and do not repeat the immediate module checkpoint.
Start without notes or a worked example. The set includes a labelled coordinate graph, complete finite tables, inverse reasoning, a mixture model and short explanations to evaluate. Some tasks ask which claims follow from the information; others require you to find a missing input or identify why a proposed calculation is undefined. Both single-select and multiselect questions appear, with no promise that similar-looking formulas have the same domain.
After answering, read the explanations and identify the underlying skill behind each error. Revisit that skill briefly, then try a different problem later rather than immediately memorizing the choice. The set samples connections across the core functions module; it is not an exhaustive measurement of every objective or a validated mastery score. For stronger evidence, explain your choices in writing and sketch the relevant graphs before comparing with the available answers. No calculus or optional extension proofs are required.
